‘Connected ‘Exhibit Debuting At Le Concours de Livingston 2013

Connected-Artists‘Connected’, a unique project that brings artists and writers together to utilize their talents inspired by a single word, is scheduled to debut on August 3, 2013 at the annual Le Concours de Livingston event benefiting Livingston Love INC.

The Art

The ‘Connected’ project has brought together 30 Artists and writers referred to as Storytellers. Each Artist is randomly paired with a Storyteller and assigned an inspirational word. It is the Storytellerʼs task to contemplate the word and share their personal vision with the Artist. The Artist then creates a piece of art influenced by the interaction between the Storyteller and Artist. The Storyteller is also responsible for capturing their thoughts in writing which can be in the form of a poem, journal entry, or even a short story.

The Exhibit & Book

Once the artwork and stories are complete, they will then be assembled and placed on display for art lovers every where to enjoy. A beautiful book will also be published that captures the Storyteller’s writings as well as the Artist’s inspired works.

For more information please contact Tammy Lenhardt at 850.687.4052 or via email at [email protected].

Be sure to check out ‘Connected’s’ fundraising page on for your chance to become a backer and make a donation.
